• Pay of $17.00 - $19.00 / Hour Based on Experience!
• Full Time, Monday-Friday, Choice of 6a – 2:30p, 7:30a– 4p, or 9a – 6p

Overview

Chadwell Supply is a successful family-owned maintenance supply company with 18 Branches Nationwide. We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, energetic, and detail-minded individual to work as a Chadwell Supply Accounts Payable Clerk. The Accounts Payable Clerk is responsible for processing vendor invoices for payment, maintain our accounts with vendors in good standing, and supporting Accounts Payable functions as needed/assigned. 

The Accounts Payable Clerk

• Develops and maintains relationships within, and outside, the organization (including vendors, internal purchasing groups, and warehouse teams).
• Reconciles internal A/P records with vendor statements.
• Has strong computer skills, and the ability to type approximately thirty-five words per minute.
• Works with vendors to resolve missing documents and discrepancies on our account.
• Works with internal groups to resolve receiving and pricing differences.
• Efficiently and accurately processes a high volume of data entry tasks.
• Ensures proper authorization/approvals are documented for incoming invoices.
• Effectively processes both Purchase Order (PO) and non-PO transactions for payment.
• Accurately processes international wire transfers.
• Effectively utilizes electronic tools (including scanners, electronic approval signatures, and online vendor portals) for paperless document processing.
• Assists with other AP functions, special projects, and other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• You must be 18 years or older.
• You must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
• You must have good interpersonal skills and be able to effectively communicate with vendors, managers, and coworkers.
