What’s a typical day as an Accounts Payable Processor? You’ll be:

• Assisting with all incoming and outgoing Accounts Payable emails via a shared email system
• Monitoring all credit card activities, including ordering cards, working with cardholders on coding, and processing monthly charges
• Handling invoice processing and routing
• Conducting weekly check runs
• Importing and exporting invoice information into the ERP software system
• Scanning invoices into the mailbox and adding required information before routing
