Accounts Payable Specialist

Cordia Resources by Cherry Bekaert has partnered with a leading financial services firm in the Ft. Lauderdale, FL area to bring some functions formerly outsourced to in-house on a temp to hire basis. The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for:

• Full Cycle AP using SAP
• Matching
• Batching
• Coding
• Assisting with the check run
• Reporting
• Potentially some work in the AP subledger

Candidates should have the following experience:

• 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience
• Experience in financial services is preferred, but not required
• Experience working with full-cycle accounts payable
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to be agile based on ever-evolving situations
• Ability to be in office 3-4 days per week
