Job Description - Accounts Payable/Admin Assistant

Adecco is assisting one of its clients in their search for an Admin/Accounts Payable Assistant in Oak Creek, WI.

Location: Oak Creek, WI. 
Salary: $20-22 per hour (with dental, vision, health, and 401k benefits)

Responsibilities:

  • Data Entry: Process invoices accurately and efficiently using our electronic reader application.

  • Quality Assurance: Ensure invoices meet quality requirements and troubleshoot any issues that arise.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Supply Chain Department and vendors to streamline processes.

  • Workflow Management: Properly account and route invoices through our electronic approval system.

  • Problem-Solving: Review accounts payable aging and resolve any discrepancies.

  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance processing time and reduce manual effort.

  • Qualifications:

  • Data Entry Skills: Typing proficiency and experience with 10-key data entry.

  • Attention to Detail: Accuracy is key in this role.

  • Adaptability: Thrive in a dynamic work environment.

  • Communication: Collaborate effectively with team members and vendors.

Note :

This role is On-Site; thus, open to candidates near/in/around Oak Creek, WI.

Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
