These DIRECT HIRE . opportunities will allow you to enhance your career while gaining valuable work experience. Positions are open now, with immediate consideration! Pay is $20.91 per hour for 1 st shift and $22.01 per hour for 2nd shift.

Responsibilities for Assembly Worker jobs include:

• Performs all installations and/or assemblies within a specified work area on the production line.

• Prepares work to be accomplished by reviewing assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, parts lists, gathering parts, subassemblies, tools and materials.

• Ensures quality and consistency in installations and/or assemblies within a specified work area.

Candidates should meet the following qualifications to be considered for Assembly Worker jobs:

• Able to train on day shift for 2 weeks.

• Able to work from blueprints, process sheets, and/or written instructions.

• Can regularly lift and move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and move up to 50 pounds.

• Able to bend, stoop, and reach. Be able to climb up and down, as well as work using a ladder. Employee will go extended periods of time standing and performing repetitive tasks.

• Must have stable work history with some manufacturing experience.

Schedules:

1st shift Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm @ $20.91 per hour.

2nd shift Monday- Friday 2pm-10:30pm @ $22.01 per hour.

* There may be overtime opportunities available after the scheduled shift (no more than 2 hours) or on Saturday.

• 2 weeks’ vacation starts accruing day 1 and hours accrued every pay period.

• 180-day probationary period before can use PTO-will have 5 days
