$37 per Flag Hour - potential YOU KNOW YOUR ABILITIES BETTER THAN ANYONE ELSE WITH NO SMOKE AND NO MIRRORS. So we designed pay plans based on what you produce. At hiring, your proven production stipulates your rate. Standard Pay Plan scales based on your proven production (see below): 13.99 FH's per day or less = $26 per Flag Hour 14.00 to 14.99 = $28 15.00 to 15.99 = $30 16.00 to 17.99 = $33 18.00 to 19.99 = $35 20.00 and Beyond = $37 per Flag Hour PLUS perhaps you are worried about having enough workload for the # of techs we have and need. We will provide you a 3 month (6 pay periods) flag hour guarantee equal to 90% of your proven production. PLUS Semi-Annual Technician Retention Bonus (prorated for the 1st 6 months of employment): Work Jan 1 thru Jun 30, earn a $3,000 paper check on Dec 1st. Work Jul 1 thru Dec 31, earn a $3,000 paper check on the following Jun 1st. This is an ONGOING program! Never again worry about saving or having money for your Summer Vacation or Christmas Gifts. PLUS SIGN-ON Bonus of $2500 with NO EMPLOYMENT CONTRACTS ($2500 paid at the end of 2nd and 4th pay periods) to assist you with the conversion to our Health insurance. With COBRA, you maintain your current Health coverage and pay your current Health Insurance premium plus any portion your previous employer currently pays toward the total premium. We operate in 70's year around! Even with all the struggles the industry has in parts availability, we are currently over $1m in facility sales. NOW, we just added more space so now expanding from 13 Body Technicians to 20 Body Technicians. We have the vehicle traffic available due to our dealership traffic (toyota, honda, nissan) and the array of DRP relationships. We add a tech and we can immediately add appropriate amount of traffic as we get to our 20 limit. You will earn what you can produce every day, every pay period! 80-100+ hours per week available (dependent upon your abilities), 5 day work week (M-F), fully Air Conditioned and heated facility, we invest in annual training, and all benefits are live in 2 full calendar months (this includes 401k ... no waiting for 1 year). Vacation is 1 week after 1 year, 2 after 2, and 3 after 7 years. Your vacation hours (40, 80, 120 hrs) are front loaded every January.
