Cardiology Physician Assistant

Cardiovascular practice has a position open for a Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant in TULSA, OK

Position is open for immediate hiring.

• Nurse practitioner shall see cardiovascular patients in the hospital and also in the out-patient setting. Shall work independently to the full scope of the practice under the supervision of the employing physician.
• Develop a comprehensive plan of care that encompasses evidence-based practice guidelines, practice protocols, for Medicare and other state and federal regulations.
• Prescribe appropriate pharmacological and non-pharmacological treatments.
• Documents in a timely manner to ensure all services are accurately accounted for and available for review by the interdisciplinary team.

Licensing Requirements:

• NPs must have Acute Care Certification
• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nursing program
• Licensed by the State of Oklahoma, in good standing with the state medical board
