Shift (Days-Monday-Friday, Hybrid)

Duties • Collection of AR Customer Accounts. Phone and email correspondence to customers

Update reporting to reflect Accounts Receivable customer account and invoice status.

• Provide customer account statements and respond to customer questions regarding payments and balance inquires. • Facilitate customer account research, analysis, and issue resolution.

Research and resolve payment issues Run account detail  reports and reconcile PO's, billings, payments.

Upload invoices into customer portals. Perform other duties and related special projects, as required

Skills/traits: ERP experience—Oracle Preferred Prior Accounts receivable and collections experience required Proficiency with Microsoft software such as Excel, Outlook and Word Strong problem resolution skills Professional and positive demeanor

Ability to work well within a team while also being independently accountable Professional written and oral communication skills with all levels in an organization

Ability to learn quickly as well as having ability to problem solve Strong organizational and time management skills Detail oriented individual, Sense of urgency Dependability; Strong character, ethics, and a high standard of performance
