Location: Honolulu, Hawaii

Pay: $55k

Schedule: Monday through Friday

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Accounts Payable tasks, ensuring inclusive processing and budget adherence.
• Facilitate transparent Accounts Receivable processes, maintaining communication with management.
• Support project management by analyzing estimates, preparing reports, and coordinating visits inclusively.
• Assist in financial analysis and reporting efforts, prioritizing accuracy and inclusivity.
• Coordinate general office tasks, promoting inclusivity and efficiency in supply management.

Qualifications:

• Construction Experience required
• Proficiency in QuickBooks or like Financial Software
• Attention to Detail and Accuracy
• Organizational and Time Management Skill
