Contracts Manager

Applied Innovation is seeking a self-directed, team-focused individual to manage the Contracts Department of Applied Innovation. The Contracts Manager role will be located in Grand Rapids and report directly to the VP of Operations. Essential Job Functions:

• Coach, motivate, and manage team of Contracts Administrators.
• Oversee, audit, and support all non-major account contracts.
• Monitor and analyze contract performance results and produce action items to resolve any issues.
• Prepare and report key performance indicators related to contractual business.
• Analyze internal processes and implement procedural or policy changes to improve department operations.
• Provide data and support to the Leadership Team, managers, internal employees, and external clients and resolve challenges.

General Requirements:

• Possess demonstrated understanding of Microsoft Office tools including Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Possess understanding of accounting and finance cashflows 
• Believes and breathes company’s mission, vision, and elements
• Cultivates relationships with employees, clients, and other individuals around them
• Must be dependable, professional, organized, detailed oriented and able to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
• Possess strong analytical skills, has a strong sense of ownership, and the ability to forecast department needs
• Ability and comfort explaining processes and procedures to Applied Innovation employees and external clients one on one and in a group setting
• High degree of flexibility and problem solving
• Prior management experience preferred
