Job Description

Position Summary. This temporary position will evaluate, classify, prioritize, or resolve outstanding supplier support incidents. Other responsibilities may include evaluating the supplier allowance billing email correspondence to create additional support incidents, and assistance in major account reconciliations. If time allows, other projects may be assigned.

Job Responsibilities

Position Reports to Vice President, Data Management

Primary Responsibilities

• Evaluate, classify, prioritize, or resolve outstanding supplier support incidents

Secondary Responsibilities

• Evaluate the supplier allowance billing email correspondence to create additional support incidents as needed
• Assist in major account reconciliations

Qualifications

Years of Relevant Experience. 3-5 years of experience in a professional business setting

Education Requirements. BS/BA in relevant field or equivalent years' experience
