If you are ready to work with a growing company on exciting projects at an industry leader than Kelly Services has an opportunity for you as a Assistant Accounting Manager , in Sparks, NV. . Our client is looking for a qualified candidate who has experience with SAGE. Roles and Responsibilities:

• Maintain financial reports and general ledger accounts.
• Submit invoices and review financial statements and assist with audits.
• Business activity reports. 
• Submit invoices and follow up with payments from customers.  
• Support other company accounting staff as needed.  
• Establishes internal controls and guidelines for accounting transactions and budget preparation.  
• Oversees preparation of business activity reports, financial forecasts, and annual budgets.  
• Oversees the production of periodic financial reports; ensures that the reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles or financial reporting standards.  
• Assist controller as needed.

Requirements and Education:

• Must have experience with SAGE.
• Accounting background is a plus, not required.
