Electrical Superintendent

Your Job DEPCOM Power, a Koch Engineered Solutions company, is looking for an Electrical Superintendent to join DEPCOM's Repower team for diagnostic/emergency repair on utility scale solar and/or BESS projects. This role involves 95% travel across the nation to fast-paced, short duration job sites with per diem and monthly home trips. This role does not provide VISA sponsorship. Our Team DEPCOM Power is always creating innovative solutions, one of which is developing and executing various repairs and upgrades to pre-existing utility scale solar sites for our clients. • Responsible for overseeing and managing Self Perform team and electrical subcontractors to repair and restore utility scale solar and battery storage project sites while applying our Principle Based Management philosophy
• Develop and improve processes and measures that drive consistent action and behaviors to maximize profitability and productivity
• Support the team in understanding and applying DEPCOM's safety and quality standards and practices while maintaining the construction schedule
• Improve decision making through knowledge sharing, the challenge process, evaluation of alternatives and clear decision rights
• Maintain and monitor schedule management, budget control, and contract compliance related to Electrical
• Develop and communicate a comprehensive 3 week look ahead for all electrical work on the project
• Maintain daily reporting for internal and external stakeholders

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Electrical Journeyman experience in commercial or industrial industries
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suites including Word, Outlook and Excel
• Experience leading Self Perform teams and managing subcontracts
• Knowledge of the NEC code
• Valid driver's license

What Will Put You Ahead

• Utility scale solar experience
• OSHA 30, NFP 70E, and CPR/1st Aid certification
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Experience managing craft recruitment

For this role, we anticipate paying $100,000 - $130,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form. At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
