• Collaborate with internal teams to design, implement, and manage comprehensive benefits programs.
• Conduct regular meetings and presentations to educate clients on available benefits options and industry trends.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and compliance requirements related to employee benefits.
• Act as a strategic advisor to clients, offering guidance on optimizing their benefits offerings to attract and retain top talent.
• Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing clients.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in employee benefits consulting or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of benefit plan design, administration, and compliance.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Possess relevant industry certifications (e.g., CEBS, SHRM-CP) - a plus!
