Unicity Healthcare is seeking an energetic individual to support the Accounting Department and contribute to the overall efficient operation. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in accounting principles, deliver accurate results and is detail/ deadline oriented. In addition, the candidate should have the motivation to work individually as well as part of a team. Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain accounts receivable, document bills and supporting documentation
• Maintain accounts payable, ensure timely payment of invoices, confirming validity of the debt and gathering appropriate signatures
• Update financial records via Quickbooks
• Gather payroll expenses and input into appropriate entry line
• Maintain/Review quarterly budget set forth by senior management
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and prepare balance sheets
• Prepare reports to senior management

Qualifications:

• Bachelors in Accounting/Finance
• 1+ years of experience in bookkeeping
• Experience working with Quickbooks
• Ability to work independently
• Good phone etiquette
