**Facilities Engineer - Plant Operations WA PHFH Spokane Basement**


**Shift Details: On-Call, Variable shift**


Provides maintenance on all mechanical/electrical systems except that equipment designated Bio-Medical. Also operates and maintains, one or more gas/oil fired high pressure boilers and associated auxiliary equipment. Reports to the Maintenance Supervisor.


**Required qualifications:**


+ Education Sufficient for license/registration


+ National Boiler Operator Grade II License - State County City Trade License Authority upon hire -or-


+ National Boiler Operator Grade I License - State County City Trade License Authority upon hire


+ Valid Electrician Journeyman License - State County City Trade License Authority upon hire -or-


+ Valid Journeyman HVAC License- State County City Trade License Authority upon hire -or-


+ Valid Journeyman Plumbing License - State County City Trade License Authority upon hire -or-


+ Valid AHA Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM) upon hire -or-


+ Valid AHA Certified Energy Manager upon hire -or-


+ Valid AHA Certified Healthcare Constructor (CHC) upon hire -or-


+ Valid AHA MECH Certification upon hire -or-


+ Valid CBO Level 1 (Certified Building Operator) upon hire -or-


+ Valid Certified Backflow Assembly Tester (BAT) upon hire


+ Must obtain a valid first-class Engineer License issued by city of Spokane within 3 years of hire


+ Experience in boiler operation and maintenance and repair of mechanical systems
