Our Finance team is growing! As we look to add a hands-on Finance Manager to our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team, we invite you to review the opportunity below.

As a Finance Manager, you will:

• Support our Operations & Technology department
• Act as a key partner by engaging in active dialog, information sharing, collaboration, and interaction with the leadership of the business unit
• Support the FP&A function for the business unit including, but not limited to: budgeting and forecasting, management reporting, performance metrics reporting, strategic planning, decision-making support, and profit improvement initiatives.
• Directly manage and support the growth and professional development of their direct report(s)

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5+ years finance, accounting, or cost accounting experience. Required
• 5+ years financial services industry experience with a background in financial analysis, enterprise reporting, cost accounting, or general accounting. Preferred
