Qualifications: Required
- Any combination of education and experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field.
- Two (2) years of progressively more responsible experience in fiscal or budget management.
- Knowledge of the theory, methods principles, and practices of financial management and generally accepted accounting principles and pronouncement of the governmental accounting standards board.
- Ability to analyze and evaluate financial and budget data and methods; ability to resolve problems.
- Capable of preparing appropriate statements, reports, budget submissions.
- Ability to manage assigned funds.
- Ability to effectively use automated financial systems.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
