They are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Grant Accounting Clerk to join their finance team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and efficient financial reporting and compliance related to grants and funding sources. Grant Accounting Clerk Key Responsibilities:

• Manage grant revenues and expenses in compliance with agreements.
• Prepare and submit timely, accurate financial reports to grantors.
• Monitor and communicate grant budget status to program managers.
• Assist in budget preparation, aligning with program goals.
• Reconcile grant accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist in grant audit preparation and documentation.

Grant Accounting Clerk Qualifications:

• Proven experience in grant accounting or similar role within a non-profit organization.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
