Your New Role:

As a Lead HVAC Installer, your daily adventures will include:

• Safely and efficiently installing cutting-edge HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps.
• Engaging with clients to explain the process and address their questions, ensuring a stellar service experience.
• Upholding the highest standards of safety and quality during each installation, following detailed protocols and specifications.
• Collaborating with a dynamic team to meet project timelines and exceed quality expectations.
• Conducting meticulous inspections post-installation to ensure every system runs perfectly from day one.
• Maintaining a spotless work environment, respecting client premises, and properly disposing of all materials.

• You possess at least 2 years of experience as a lead installer and thrive in leading installation projects to completion.
• You hold an EPA Certification and have a keen eye for detail with a strong adherence to safety and quality standards.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a lead HVAC installer
• Must have EPA Certification
• Demonstrated expertise and proficiency in HVAC system installations, including furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols and industry regulations
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
