§ On-time for work Mon-Friday 7:00 am -3:30 pm

§ Complete projects assigned to you by managers

§ Understand the specific needs of each property you work on and ensure our team and the client are on the same page.

§ Show up on time for each account and give each service your best effort.

§ Ensure your team executes a smooth completion of each maintenance service. Be a leader and manage your team members to ensure they know what to do, they know how to do it and they understand why.

§ Complete Landscape Maintenance jobs to include, but are not limited to:

o  pushing a mower, string trimming, pruning hedges, using blowers, applying pesticides and herbicides, reaching overhead, bending over, lifting over 50 lbs, and driving a company vehicle.

§ Complete every task with safety in mind.

§ Take a 30 min lunch break each workday.

§ Take good care of our equipment. Ensure proper Oil & Gas Mixture and safe handling.

§ Keep your crew's truck well-organized and fully equipped truck.

§ Keep track of your hours daily and the hours of your crew. Turn in your weekly timesheets and your crew's time sheet by 7 am Monday morning.

§ Notify a manager immediately if there is an issue you cannot solve such as,

o Property damage, injury, machine malfunction

o Additional work requested by the client, that was not part of the original agreement.

o Unclear expectations between what the client wants and what we are there to do.

o You need different equipment to complete your job.

o There are dead or dying plants.

o Additional spraying of weeds or bugs that you are unable to treat during the regular service time.
