Medical Central Supply Director

We are currently seeking a Medical Central Supply Director to join our team in Batesville, AR. The Supply Coordinator Director will manage and distribute products from Central Supply to individual base locations. Responsibilities will also include but are not limited to managing tracking systems and communicating with all base locations to ensure supply needs are being meet. The Supply Coordinator Director must be very organized with attention to detail, can work independently, and does not require direct supervision to complete the job.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for ordering, receiving, storing, and distributing all medical supplies to site locations.
• Maintain strategies to improve service quality, equipment performance, and lines of communication.
• Access new inventory to ensure it is ready for shipping and delivery.
• Ensure the workspace is clean and organized.
• Package processing, shipping, and tracking.
• Work in a team environment
• Be on call as needed, scheduled.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS FOR HIRE:

• Must possess good written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have proficient computer skills in Excel, Microsoft Word, etc.
• High school diploma or GED
• 2 years of experience in the EMS or related field
• 2 years of managerial experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR HIRE:

• 5 years of experience in the EMS or related field
• 5 years of managerial experience
• Operative IQ experience is a plus

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to operate a computer/keyboard for 6-8 hours per day.
• Able to go up and down stairs multiple times a day
• Regularly required to talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to fingers; handle and feel; and reach with hands and arms.
• Ability to left 50+ pounds.
• Required to drive or ride in a motor vehicle.
• Able/available to travel as needed
• Available after hours by phone
• Able to physically work in Batesville, AR
