Summary of Role: As a Nuclear Oncology Account Manager (NOAM), you'll be a key liaison between our company and the medical community, particularly in the field of Nuclear Medicine. Your role involves providing education, training, and support to healthcare professionals (HCPs) and medical imaging centers, with a focus on our innovative product, PYLARIFY. By fostering strong relationships and strategic initiatives, you'll contribute to our mission of being the preferred partner in Prostate Cancer Imaging. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a territory business plan to drive sales outcomes within Nuclear Medicine/Imaging Centers. Prioritize high-impact opportunities and collaborate closely with key stakeholders to exceed targets. Conduct regular market analyses to identify opportunities and adapt business plans accordingly. Cultivate and maintain productive relationships with HCPs, nurses, pharmacists, and other key personnel in Nuclear Medicine/Medical Imaging. Collaborate with internal teams to optimize customer experience and maximize business outcomes. Provide education and training on the proper use of PYLARIFY to new and existing customers. Ensure compliance with ethical standards and promote a culture of diversity and inclusion. Minimum Requirements: Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist and/or 5+ years of demonstrated sales success in Nuclear Medicine/Medical Imaging. 2+ years of contracting experience in healthcare with strong negotiation skills. Proficient in MS Office and CRM software. Effective communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment. Preferred Qualifications: Certification as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist with extensive sales experience. Knowledge of PET/CT Imaging and PET radiopharmaceutical manufacturing. Experience as a speaker for industry trade organizations. Familiarity with Market Access and Medical Science Liaisons. Additional Details: Field-based remote role with routine travel (~60%) and occasional weekend work. Valid driver's license required.
