Job Description - Office Admin

The Lou Sobh Automotive Group in CUMMING, GA is hiring! We are looking for a motivated individual to fill an Entry or Intermediate Level Office Admin Position. This position will act as an introduction to dealership accounting and general office work. It's a great opportunity to learn and grow in an accounting office environment. Duties and Responsibilities include: (but are not limited to)

  • Data entry, word processing, filing, scanning, copying, and faxing
  • Update and maintain accounting journals, ledgers, and other records
  • Show ability to adapt new tasks and skill sets when required
  • Research and resolve discrepancies and issues
  • Ability to multitask efficiently and prioritize work
  • Possess strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Show the ability to work independently and pay close attention to detail
  • Must have good attendance and adhere to timelines and schedules
  • Understand deadlines and apply appropriate sense of urgency to all tasks
Required Skills: Basic Math Basic Excel Knowledge MUST pass background screening Job Type: Full-time
