We are a private cosmetic and general practice in Scottdale looking for an Office Manager for our patient centered practice. We have a small team and do not run a hectic or frantic schedule because that is not the environment that we want for our patients. Due to this philosophy of care, the majority of our patients have been with us for many years. The perfect candidate for us will value this culture and strive to provide a peaceful and pleasant experience for our patients. We are looking for an experienced manager with a strong sense of ownership, integrity and seasoned leadership skills who will be responsible for the full small business functions of our practice. Softdent Software experience is a plus but not required.

Industry standard functions of an office manager include but are not limited to: 

Accounts Receivable,  Scheduling,  Payroll,  Employee Management,  Patient Management, Insurance Credentialing and Management
