Payroll Specialist / Accountant / Assistant Controller

Your Role:

As a Payroll Administrator, you'll play a crucial role in our operations:

• Accurate Payroll Review: Review and process payroll meticulously to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.  Utilize your knowledge to calculate wages, deductions, and withholdings accurately.
• Billing Precision: Maintain accurate billing and invoicing processes, resolving discrepancies to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications We're Looking For:

• Payroll Experience: Previous experience in payroll processing and billing preferred.
• GL reconciliation
• Accounts Receivable Experience
• Union Knowledge: Is a Plus !
• Detail-oriented: Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Software Proficiency: Familiarity with payroll software and MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Problem-solving skills: Strong analytical abilities to tackle complex payroll and billing challenges.
• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams and vendors effectively.
