Role: Payroll Specialist

Location: Remote

• Full payroll life cycle experience
• ADP and Costpoint experience 
• Maintains and administers payroll cycle from beginning to end including the timely preparation, review, approval, and submittal of the bi-weekly payroll.
• Primarily responsible for: accuracy of timekeeping and tax records. Changes to employee payroll records such as but not limited to tax withholdings, benefits, fringe benefits, time off request, leave accruals, 401k contributions, demographic, and bank information, etc.
• 5-7yrs experience
• Bachelors Degree Preferred-would look at an associates with strong experience
• Union experience is a plus
• Understand excel, experience with accounting tools
• 401k process, leave, tax information
