You will be responsible for supervising and mentoring a team of personal lines agents, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Key Responsibilities: * Supervise and Lead: Manage the daily activities of the personal lines team, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality service.
* Training and Development: Train, mentor, and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
* Customer Service: Oversee customer service interactions, resolving complex issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Policy Management: Ensure accurate and timely processing of insurance applications, renewals, and endorsements.
* Compliance: Monitor compliance with industry regulations and company policies, implementing necessary changes and updates.
* Performance Monitoring: Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members to drive continuous improvement. Qualifications: * Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in personal lines insurance, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
* Education: Bachelor's degree in business, insurance, or a related field preferred.
* Licensing: Active insurance license in personal lines required.
* Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in insurance software and Microsoft Office Suite.
