Job Description - Account Services Coordinator

Looking for a mission driven collaborative workplace? Join the CARF team as an Account Services Coordinator! This position works as part of a team of Account Services Coordinators, in collaboration with the Customer Service Units (CSUs) and Survey Services (SS), to achieve the Accreditation Services operational goals and objectives by performing administrative support activities that contribute to Account Services operations, providing support and technical assistance to stakeholders, and supporting other organizational activities as necessary.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The following duties and responsibilities represent the essential functions of this job that an individual must be able to perform with or without a reasonable accommodation:

Perform Account Services Operations

- Perform business operations in accordance with CSU policies and procedures. - Prepare, use and distribute reports, correspondence and other materials as requested or customary in the performance of business operations. - Possess functional mastery of and appropriately use AIMS as it relates to applicable duties and responsibilities. - Routinely collaborate with CSUs, SS, Information Technology (IT) and other departments to promote consistent, effective and efficient business processes that promote achievement of goals and objectives of the department and organization at large. - Manage information flow between the Financial Advisory Panel Review Group and accredited organizations.

Technical Assistance to Stakeholders

- Provide support and technical assistance about the accreditation process to current and prospective customers and other stakeholders. Activities include frequent telephone and email contact and other written communication. - Provide support and technical assistance regarding Customer Connect, including but not limited to creation and maintenance of Customer Connect accounts and application support. - Process organizational updates in accordance with current Policies and Procedures. - Provide support and technical assistance to stakeholders about CARF’s internal and external websites, as appropriate. - Coordinate distribution of information packets.

Support Other Organizational Activities

- Provide support and technical assistance to surveyors regarding the eChecklist, including but not limited to functionality, merging and submitting eChecklists. - Provide support and technical assistance to stakeholders and surveyors regarding Microsoft Teams, including but not limited to access and uploading documents. - Prepare and distribute materials that support the business activities of the Publications and Communications department, as requested. - Participate in workgroups and committees as assigned.

Special Job Demands

Position requires open availability. To best support key stakeholders in a variety of settings and locations, work schedules regularly include early morning, evening, weekend, and on-call support.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

The market entry salary range for this full-time, non-exempt position is $21.52 hourly USD, payable semi-monthly. Actual starting salary is commensurate with education and experience. WORK LOCATION

Based in Tucson, AZ, this position is not eligible for relocation assistance or full-time remote work. However, this position may be eligible for part-time remote work.

Qualifications

The following qualifications represent the training, education, certifications, licensures, and/or work experience required to perform the essential duties and responsibilities successfully: - High school diploma or equivalent. Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred. - Minimum of five (5) years experience in coordinating diverse activities. - Proficient in Microsoft Office products. Functional mastery with CARF's proprietary Account Information Management System (AIMS). - Must be authorized to work in the United States. Does not now or in the future require sponsorship for employment visa status, including but not limited to H-1B visa status.
