Job Description:

CH2M Hill is seeking a reliable and energetic individual to join our team as an Entry Level Accountant working from home in Austin, Texas. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Responsibilities: - Prepare journal entries, reconcile accounts, and assist with month-end close processes - Analyze financial data and provide insights to management - Assist with budgeting and forecasting - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial reporting - Assist with audits and tax filings - Stay current on financial regulations and best practices

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Persuasion and cooperation skills
