Remote Accounts Payable

Job Description:

Global Partners is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Remote Accounts Payable Associate to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. As a Remote Accounts Payable Associate, you will be responsible for managing all accounts payable functions for the company from a remote location.

Responsibilities: - Process and review invoices for accuracy and compliance with company policies - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies - Prepare and process payments to vendors in a timely manner - Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions - Communicate effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve any issues - Assist with month-end closing processes related to accounts payable - Perform ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable or relevant field - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Adaptable and reliable personality traits - Strong research and emotional intelligence soft skills
