Our client is looking to expand their sales team by adding passionate, driven, and knowledgeable Energy Consultants. This is an ideal opportunity for Solar Sales Consultants who are enthusiastic about making a difference, committed to achieving results, and eager to educate homeowners on the importance of energy conservation and smart consumption. As a pivotal member of our client's team, you will play a crucial role in guiding potential customers through the benefits of adopting sustainable energy solutions. This position offers a commission-based compensation structure, rewarding your hard work and success in promoting a greener future. A typical day may include:
Managing and organizing your daily agenda to optimize customer engagements.
Consulting with prospective customers on solar energy solutions for their homes.
Achieving sales goals, including quotas, lead response timeliness, and meeting conversions.
Qualifying prospective customers using established and creative lead methods to expand your book of business.
Documenting detailed notes for each appointment for future reference.
Designing and building Solar Energy systems that meet the prospective customer's needs.
Participating in on-the-job training, classroom instruction, self-study, licensing (if applicable), and lead qualifying activities.
Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with your sphere of influence and the community.
Collaborating with Affiliate Partners and Vendors to ensure seamless execution of lead response, lead nurturing, etc.
Providing weekly reporting.
Attending selected events for outreach to prospective solar customers. This job might be for you if:

Challenges inspire you. This is a W-2, full-commission position with no cap on earning potential. The first 2-week company-paid sales training is $1,500 ($750 per week), setting you up for success in the field. Once in the field, if you meet company-given KPI expectations, the average earnings range between $100,000-200,000 per year. Benefits:
