Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Health Insurance Enrollment Specialist to join our team in a 100% remote capacity. This role is vital in ensuring our members receive timely and accurate enrollment into our health insurance systems. As a specialist, you'll play a crucial part in providing excellent service to our valued members. **Compensation and Benefits**- Hourly rate: $20 per hour
- Work location: 100% remote **Key Responsibilities**1. Process member enrollments accurately and promptly, adhering to account contracts and service agreements.
2. Handle various enrollment events, including verifying enrollment status, updating membership records, resolving system discrepancies, and processing terminations.
3. Mail out ID cards to members on in-office days, ensuring they receive their cards in a timely manner.
4. Monitor the enrollment process for any abnormalities and address issues proactively.
5. Assist members in selecting the most suitable health plan based on their needs and preferences.
6. Collaborate with the Billing Technician to ensure all group enrollments are processed before generating the monthly bill. **Qualifications**- Prior experience in health insurance enrollment is required.
