Physical Therapist Education and Experience: Licensed as a Physical Therapist by the Maryland State Board of Physical Therapy Examiners and/or part of the PT compact program (Required)
Graduate of an accredited university with a minimum degree of Bachelor's in Physical Therapy recognized by the APTA (Required)
Basic Life Support CPR Certification
Physical Therapist License/Certification:

Good driving record with MVA (Required)

Practice responsible and appropriate billing practices
Complete documentation in a timely manner as per company standards
Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times
Extensive standing and walking required
Lifting, positioning, pushing, and/or transferring patients
Frequent reaching, stooping, bending, kneeling, and crouching
