Rental Operations Coordinator

Location : Phoenix, Arizona  Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Salary : Starting at $22/hr, Depending on Experience

Job Overview

As our Rental Operations Coordinator, you will be the backbone of our rental operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient coordination of equipment rentals, customer interactions, and logistical arrangements. This multifaceted role requires a blend of customer service skills, organizational prowess, and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

  • Interact professionally with customers and vendors to understand their service requirements.
  • Load and unload equipment 
  • Coordinate manpower scheduling and maintain daily communication with the equipment coordinator, depot manager, and sales team.
  • Build and maintain active relationships with transportation suppliers and third-party suppliers.
  • Handle accounts receivable collections, review customer and vendor invoices, and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Prepare and manage rental agreements, bill of ladings, and related purchase orders.
  • Coordinate equipment transportation, ensuring prompt notification to all parties.
  • Assist with scheduling technicians and subcontractors as needed.
  • Conduct quality control checks, including equipment inspections and maintenance scheduling.

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional phone demeanor.
  • Forklift Expiernece 
  • Organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Knowledge of logistics, scheduling, and basic accounting practices (Accounts Receivable and Payable)
  • Experience with equipment handling and quality control processes preferred.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and maintain positive relationships with customers, vendors, and team members.
