Roofing Service Manager

CentiMark Corporation is the nation's largest commercial and industrial roofing contractor. We have 100 offices across the US with over 3,500 employees. CentiMark offers a full complement of new and replacement roof systems including single-ply thermoplastics, EPDM, modified bitumen, built-up roofing, metal roofing, spray polyurethane foam, tile, steep slope and roof maintenance coatings.  We are actively hiring for an experienced  Roofing Service Manager   in  Grimes, IA ! The ideal candidate will have commercial/industrial roofing experience, leadership/supervisory experience, and be dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. 

 

This role is paying $60k - $80k plus premier benefits!

Job Summary:

• Marketing and developing service
• Scheduling and supervising two-man crews – ensuring that they are operating to optimize safety, service & quality measures
• Ensuring customer satisfaction
• Estimating, proposing, and selling repair work from some provided leads
• Inspect service jobs for safety and workmanship
• Responsible for management/growth of service department

Candidate Requirements:

• 5+ years experience in commercial roofing or commercial roofing sales is preferred
• 2+ years experience in commercial roofing service
• Working knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safety
• Excellent communication, analytical, leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving and organizational skills
• Experience with EPDM, Acrylic, Single Ply, PVC and/or TPO is required
