Position Highlights

The Dhaliwal-Reidy School of Accountancy is seeking course facilitators to support faculty members teaching on-campus and online courses. Course facilitators improve the student experience by assisting course instructors with tasks such as providing timely responses to student questions, grading assignments, holding virtual office hours, monitoring discussion boards, and entering grades in a learning management system (LMS). Quick responses and turnaround times are vital to student success. Duties will vary based on course and instructor.

The School of Accountancy provides top quality accounting education programs and support services, including a focus on critical thinking and business ethics, attracting and graduating a diverse student body who proceed to productive and successful careers.

Based on the needs of the School, facilitators may also be invited to facilitate additional courses; additional courses may overlap by prior arrangement between the School and facilitator. Facilitators will be hired from this posting for multiple course sessions including Spring, Summer and Fall with start dates aligning with the course assignments. Facilitators are also expected to provide their own computing devices and have reliable high-speed access to internet to work from other locations. No special software will be required; although the device(s) must be capable of accessing the LMS, Microsoft, and Adobe applications, and using virtual conferencing software.

We celebrate the diversity of our students and are working to increase diversity among our faculty and staff. We welcome applications from all qualified individuals. We believe diversity enriches us all, expands our understanding, and allows us to create better solutions.
