About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our team and assist with managing our top property partnerships. As Senior Account Manager, you’ll manage all financial aspects of our Autopilot partners and work with leadership to help enhance this new crucial function of the team. 

What You’ll Do

• Review and prepare invoices/monthly statements, ensuring accuracy and completeness of billing data.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and other stakeholders.
• Respond to client inquiries regarding billing and payment.
• Resolve billing issues, such as discrepancies or disputes, by communicating with clients and other stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate and complete billing records and reports.
• Create financial forecasts and other ad-hoc reporting.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely reporting and analysis.
• Ensure compliance with accounting and financial regulations and policies.
• Assist CAO with special projects in order to further streamline our business processes

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree required; degree in Accounting/Finance/Business preferred
• 3+ years of professional experience
• Previous customer service experience
• Strong organizational skills
• Experience with Excel/Google Sheets
• Ability to multitask and problem solve multiple issues at once 
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Self-motivated and hardworking
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Self-starter comfortable working with a sense of urgency
• Tech-savvy - familiarity with Slack
