Sr. Finance Manager

As a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all financial aspects, including budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning. This position requires onsite work once weekly in our Charlotte office and is open exclusively to local residents. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes.
- Supervise finance staff, including training and performance management.
- Review and approve financial reports and statements.
- Conduct special financial studies and projects as assigned.
- Prepare presentations for senior management.
- Coordinate the development of accounting policies and procedures. Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field required.
- Minimum of six years of related experience, with at least three years in a lead or supervisory role.
- CPA or MBA preferred but not required.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial systems.
