Staff Accountant

A commercial real estate management firm in New Jersey is looking to add a  Staff Accountant to their growing team. They have been in business for over 50 years servicing institutional and private owners to help operate properties, evaluate options, and create solutions to protect and improve property asset values. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience  in property management accounting.

Required :

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar
• Tech: MRI, Yardi, RealPage or Entrata
• Property Management Accounting experience (i.e., bank reconciliations, AP/AR, GL review, financial reporting)

Location : in office in Milburn NJ

Compensation : $70,000 - $80,000 base salary + Benefits
