Staff / Senior Accountant

Cordia Resources is working with a leading financial services firm in Ft. Lauderdale, FL that is searching for a Staff/Senior Accountant as they look to grow their team on a temp to hire basis. 

Candidate should have experience in:

• Month/Quarter/Year end close
• Financial statement preparation
• Journal entries
• Bank reconciliations
• Credit card reconciliations
• Other duties as assigned

Candidate should have:

• 2+ years of GL experience
• BS degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA is preferred but not required
• Financial services experience is preferred but not required
• Experience with a large ERP system such as Oracle or SAP
• “Can do” attitude
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
