Systems Analyst III

The Finance & Accounting Team has fiduciary responsibility for financial aspects of our end-to-end business, including all accounting and regulatory facets of Product, from 'Farm to Fork' ... Facilities, from 'Greenfield to Sunset' ... and Partners, from 'Recruit to Retire.' The team also oversees our Mexico Division's accounting, tax, and finance operations. As a Systems Analyst III, F&A, you'll identify, document, analyze, and communicate Accounting and related financial systems solutions to meet business needs. - a bachelor's degree in CS, business, or related field
- business / technology experience

- experience with SalesForce and/or Tableau is preferred

- proficient with Microsoft Excel What is the work?
Analytics / Design & Development:
- Leads the team effort / accountable to identify, analyze, document, facilitate implementation, and communicate solutions to meet business needs
- Supports software development efforts (coding, configuration, maintenance, installation, testing, and debugging), managing timelines, technical documentation; contributes to system and application design
- Leads the defining / documenting of current and future operational scenarios; works with other business areas, client groups to translate moderately complex business needs into systems solutions / business requirements
- Leads the delivery of applications, systems, processes, metrics, and services in agreed-upon timeframes
- Leads the analysis of probable impact of recommendations / solutions for client groups
- Leads the team in conducting post-implementation analysis to identify process improvement opportunities
- Proactively identifies issues / gaps in current processes
- Troubleshoots system issues of that are more complex; continuously monitors accounting software for accuracy
- Presents clear, reliable, accurate financial information to regulators and stakeholders
- Supports internal controls, policy development, research, documentation, and compliance reporting
- Serves as mentor to Systems Analysts What is your background?
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or related field
- 6+ years of business / tech experience
