Job Tittle : Tax Associate/ Tax Senior

Job Location : Buckhead Atlanta GA - (Hybrid 2-3 days a week in office)

Position Overview: We are a midsized firm located in north Atlanta with over 30 years of expereince serving our customers. We are in growth mode and as a result we are in need of a Tax associate / Tax Senior. The tax senior will be responsible for providing tax compliance and consulting services for individuals, businesses, and non-profit organizations. They will be a key contributor to the organization and ensure the accurate and timely completion of tax returns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review complex individual, business, and not-for-profit tax returns.
• Identify tax planning opportunities for clients.
• Research complex tax issues.
• Communicate tax results and strategies to clients.
• Maintain proficiency, as well as knowledge of current tax topics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Tax, or related field.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA), enrolled agent (EA), or other related certification preferred.
• 2+ years of public accounting tax experience.
• Experience with 990s, senior tax accounting, and not-for-profit/non-profit taxation. (Nice to have)
