Responsibilities:

• Uphold Chick-fil-A standards and policies
• Design and implement training systems using Chick-fil-A material
• Train, coach, and develop team members
• Grow and develop a team of trainers
• Set and achieve goals
• Update processes to improve efficiency and guest experience
• Ensure food safety standards and excellence with guests
• Hold team accountable to standards and procedures
• Provide clear communication and feedback
• Think strategically for business growth
• Be a source of encouragement and positivity
