JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for business growth of the Home Health Agency, establishing and maintaining positive relationships with customers and referral sources, responding to customer requests and concerns and documenting daily calls on the CRM Software.
This position should have prior sales experience and a proven track record in the medical field, such as :
The experience should include relationships with Chicago and Suburban hospitals, physician offices Skilled nursing facilities, etc.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Establishes monthly goals by referral source in collaboration with the Manager
2. Completes Profiles on all assigned Accounts and Contacts on a timely basis
3. Assists the Referral source in addressing concerns
4. Submits a monthly schedule on the CRM (Customer Relation Management) software
5. Enters all expenses on the CRM by account or contact
6. Completes daily call logs on the CRM
7. Establishes and maintains positive working relationships with current and potential referral sources.
8. Builds and monitors community and customer perceptions of the agency as a high-quality provider of services.
9. Identifies opportunities for additional or improved services to address customer needs.
10. Maintains comprehensive working knowledge of agency markets including key referral sources, and competitor's market positioning.
11. Maintains comprehensive working knowledge in the field of marketing and shares information with other team members
12. Maintains comprehensive working knowledge of community resources and assists customers in accessing community resources should services not be provided by the agency.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
2. At least three (3) years experience in health care, preferably in home care operations. At least one year of experience in sales is preferred.
3. Demonstrated ability to be a team member
4. Ability to market aggressively and deal tactfully with customers and the community.
5. Knowledge of the healthcare industry.
6. Demonstrates excellent communication, and public relations skills.
7. Demonstrates autonomy, organization, assertiveness, flexibility, and cooperation in performing job responsibilities.
8. Proficient in computer skills through Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
