Description

Our Partner is actively seeking a proficient Web Analytics & Reporting Analyst III to join their team. We're looking for an individual who not only possesses strong analytical skills but also demonstrates self-motivation and thrives in an independent capacity within a dynamic, fast-paced environment



Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively and cross-functionally to define and meet stakeholder requirements.
• Translate business objectives into functional data requirements and balance them with technical feasibility, recommending changes in development, maintenance, and platform standards as necessary.
• Perform deep-dive analyses to understand trends, anomalies, and insights that will drive operational improvements.
• Craft data stories through presentations, written summaries, and data visualizations that accurately outline problem statements and provide actionable and unbiased intelligence and recommendations.
• Communicate findings from initiatives with clarity and accountability to the broader organization/stakeholders.
• Clearly document the provenance of data, ETL logic, and code used to develop models.
• Proactively identify areas in which analytics efforts can answer business questions, and drive operational improvements and business value.
• Spearhead the development of insight-driven tools & dashboards and provided ongoing support regarding functionality and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Experience Level: 5-7 years
• Bachelor's in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics or other related field
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced modeling, creating charts/graphs) and PowerPoint.
• Experience with BI development and database systems such as PowerBI, Looker, and/or Tableau.
• Experience with scripting languages such as R, Python, or equivalent.
• Proficiency in using SQL to query large data sets.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics.
• Experience with Amazon S3 and/or Redshift.
