Our Operations Manager is accountable for:
Building relationships with key customers. Management and seamless execution of operational tasks, programs, and supported projects
Driving efficient results to ensure that the quality and quantity output trend is consistent and sides toward constant improvement
Meeting with key customer stakeholders on a frequent basis to ensure high levels of satisfaction and consult on future needs/program enhancements
Serve as the escalated point of contact for service issues and is responsible for proactive problem resolution
Managing a team of Talent Supply Chain Consultants
Essential Skills:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, preferred
3-5 years of experience in high level operational, administrative, or project management with supervisory responsibilities
Proficient experience in analyzing and trending large amounts of data
Assisting with supplier management.
Total compensation package and benefits commensurate with the position.
