Our Operations Manager is accountable for:

• Building relationships with key customers. Management and seamless execution of operational tasks, programs, and supported projects

• Driving efficient results to ensure that the quality and quantity output trend is consistent and sides toward constant improvement

• Meeting with key customer stakeholders on a frequent basis to ensure high levels of satisfaction and consult on future needs/program enhancements

• Serve as the escalated point of contact for service issues and is responsible for proactive problem resolution

• Managing a team of Talent Supply Chain Consultants

Essential Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, preferred

• 3-5 years of experience in high level operational, administrative, or project management with supervisory responsibilities

• Proficient experience in analyzing and trending large amounts of data

• Assisting with supplier management.
