We are currently seeking an Admin Assistant to join our team at our facility located in Boise, ID, 83704. This position offers the opportunity to support our team in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Overview

The Admin Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Organize and schedule appointments
• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
• Develop and maintain a filing system
• Order office supplies and maintain inventory
• Provide general support to visitors
• Assist in the coordination of meetings and events
• Perform other administrative tasks as needed
• Bookkeeping experience is a plus

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent

Salary info:
