JOB SUMMARY/JOB DUTIES:
•    Supports day to day office administration functions to include scheduling, transfers and attendance
•    Assists Office Manager with transmitting weekly payroll
•    Assists Office Manager with training and orientation activities for all new hires and returning seasonal workforce
•    Assists Office Manager in maintaining good data of all employee's 30-day, 1400-hours, seniority date data and job transfers
•    Assists Office Manager with the monthly benefits reporting, sick days and leave of absence tracking
•    Translates documents and conversations for staff members 
•    Answering and directing phone calls to relevant staff
•    Files correspondence and other records
•    Greets visitors, ascertains nature of business and handles accordingly
•    Maintains front office area organized, and good stock of office supplies  
EDUCATIONAL EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
•    High School diploma or equivalent
•    Bilingual – Spanish (Required)
•    Three years professional experience in office procedures, and human resources administration (Recommended)
•    Expert level knowledge and ability to use a computer as well as basic experience in Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel and Power Point (Required)
•    Basic understand of manufacturing principles (a Plus)
•    Ability to write and verbally communicate in a professional manner (Required)
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
•    Seasonal / Temporary – May through November timeframe
•    Office environment 
•    Six-days per week (Monday through Saturday or Sunday) 
•    Overtime when needed

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
