Job Summary: Collaborate with move company and oversee schedule for office move Pack-up and organize Library Create digital files Coordinate packing and provide moving materials to staff Organize and inventor office equipment, copiers, filing cabinets, closet materials, etc Organize and manage schedules and meetings Attend/Monitor/Create Notes on high level meetings Host bi-weekly staff meeting Oversee and actively manage work plan Oversee Finance & Regulatory Weekly Report and Work Plan updates Provide reports to review Support the Board Package Deliverable Other responsibilities as determined by supervisor Experience: 5+ years of related experience or the equivalent, normally obtained by progression through the classification of Administrative Assistant.
